REQUIREMENTS FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

If you wish to apply for a store please prepare and complete the following forms and documents:

 

  • Tenant Application Form
  • FICA Documents
  • Your Business Plan including:
    1. Profile and background of applicant (including CV)
    2. Concept and type of business
    3. Proposed store design and layout (including artist impressions)
    4. Product range and price points
    5. Marketing strategy (target market, market research, marketing plan, competitor analysis, advertising and communication strategies)
    6. Photos of existing stores and merchandise
    7. Financials (capital cost to set up and financial thereof, forecast of estimated annual income and expenditure, cashflow projections, current financials of existing business/s)
